Simple Steamed Bream Fillet

Fillet,Pin bone and skin your fillets(or get your fish monger to do all the work or invite me round to do it,I only charge a cuppa Tea  !!!!.

Steam for 5 to 8 mins

Season well..!!!!!



Serve with a simple Garnish,and a squeeeeze of Lemon
