Melons

Melons..... wish me luck, I'm going to try my first homegrown melon tonight... the skin has cracks in it and it smells like melon.... fingers crossed...

Not quite ripe enough, very refreshing, but lacked the depth of flavour I was hoping fo... anyway, there's another ten in the greenhouse so I'll leave it until something starts making the place smell like melons.... it's a good year for cucurbits in there, I've just harvested 10 cucumbers in the last couple of days..
