Congratulations.  Never got to plant an early spud this year and now regret it!  Bet that tasted just so good.  Next year

Borlotti

Just need a few days of sun and should have plenty of strawberries if the slugs or birds don't get them first.
Well done Kev.  :happy7:

Kev, me too, we ate the first Belle de Fontenay yesterday and they were delicious! I firkled them so there will be more from that first row of plants!
I also got about 400G of strawbs but it has been very wet here so they were good but not the best ever. More to come though. I also got about a kilo of rhubarb, a record for me, I am freezing it for later.
2012 - Snow in February, non-stop rain till July. Blight and rot are rife. Thieving voles cause strife. But first runner beans and lots of greens. Follow an English allotment in urban France: http://roos-and-camembert.blogspot.com

My spuds were Winston and I planted them on Feb 16th under cover
I've only had a handful of strawberries from my hanging baskets at home.
