Gluten Free/Wheat Free Pancakes

2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 dessertspoons cornflour, 2 dessertspoons of buckwheat flour

Get fat very hot, pour in 1/4 of mixture and try and get it as thin as possible.  Flip, then serve with anything you fancy.  I just used lemon juice, but the red currants sound lovely.  I will raid the freezer.

Well I enjoyed them.  :coffee2:
