Very good, read through and signed, no concerns at all. Should be issued to all sites in the borough shortly.

Hi guys,

There are 14 double sided pages, if a new how to do IT things I would, but try St Helens Council web site it may be on there.

It is an open and fair document, precise enough to avoid any misunderstanding.

The council have taken their time over this and it shows.

It could if exercised correctly remove all those people who occupy plots that are being misused, used for things other than for growing ie. timber yards, caravan storage areas etc.

I don't even know what I'm looking for - what agreement are you talking about, a tenancy agreement, or a devolved management agreement.  14 double-sided pages seems insanely verbose for either, but especially so for a tenancy agreement.

It's your thread digmore, I assume you posted for comment, but without the document there's nothing meaningful to say.

28 pages!!!   :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

You must be joking.  No one is going to read more than the first page.  I would put it down as unreasonable.   I should have thought they could remove people for misuse anyway.

This gives links to the previous agreement and it clearly says they must be used as allotments  I am not clear why you needed another one.

At 14 pages thick it's probably big enough to make a nice bench for the plot.
