Cacti and Aloe Vera care

I have just obtained 2 neglected Cacti, one Aloe Vera which are in my office.  I leave on Friday until 2nd January.
One looks it wants to be re-potted now and none have been re-potted for at least 5.5 years.
Should I do it now or leave it until Spring?
I would rather wait until Spring but I don't mind

They should all be dormant now, especially if they are kept cool - I would leave until spring. Might be an idea to stand them in a bucket of water for a few minutes before you repot, because the rootball might be like a rock.
