How to find a gardening tennant?

Dear folks just a quick advice request really.
Ive got new job in bradford and so have left my house in lancaster.
The house is small 2 beds but has a big garden that is now looking awesome! It has a 14ft greenhouse and a veg plot and fast maturing herbaceous planting. Ive been struggling to find a tennant becuase they are mostly looking for a paved yard! and so i wondered if anyone knew of a place where i might put an ad? Is there such a thing as a gardening tennant or rental agency or is this wishful thinking.

Just spent the weekend mowing and weeding to keep it tidy it needs someone who likes growing or a good dose of flagging which would be really sad.
Anyone any ideas.
