finding recipe

Did anyone see the Alan Titmarsh program on Tuesday?    I caught the bit where Nadia Swalha was making rhubarb muffins with custard in the middle.  I have tried to find the recipe on the net, but no luck.    They looked rather good.   She used frozen cubes of custard.
Can any super surfers help me.  Thanks.
