Potato Tubers

I purchased my pots from our Lotti shop yesterday and have just sorted to start chitting my earlies.  Bit concerned as the Arron Pilot bag contains quite a lot of tubers that are 'scabbed' should these be discarded or are they OK to plant?.
Would be grateful for your thoughts on this.
