Prpblem eith HP computers

Hi just a warning if you have or thinking of buying a Hp computer with windows 8 , there is a problem with them that you cannot download important updates , they get stuck on 13% and impossible to download and while being downloaded you are not able to use your device for up-to 1 1/2 hours. I returned my computer to the shop where I brought it from and got it exchanged to one that is not HP.
