How dry is too dry for an Oca tuber?

I just found a small Oca tuber. It has been in a paper envelope for over a year and is very shrivelled.

I have never seen one before, so am not sure if it is completely dead, or whether a good soak will revive it?

Anyone got any ideas as to it's viability?

Provided it is not rotten, it will probably come to life planted in moist compost.

Oh good. It doesnt seem to be rotten. I assume it will need planting in the spring.

Well if it don't come up let me know and I'll send you a couple - hoping for a decent harvest this year.
