I am very dissapointed with my order and was wondering if there is anyone els out there who feels the same. I ordered 80 Easiplants which are supposed to be 7cm in height and with a little TLC become ready to plant out with the rest of the autumn bedding. I reckon between 30 and 40 percent fall well short of this and have resorted to putting them in the greenhouse in the hope that they will grow quicker.

I wrote to Dobies expressing my disspointment and got a totally worthless response assuring me that they will grow in time and be beautiful and to contact them if there were 'development issues'. Well that's why I wrote in the first place  :angry4:

I wish I'd sent them back by return post and not potted them up. TC

I had a similar response when I ordered a hoe which was not up to the standard I expected when I used it.   It took 2 or 3 e-mails before it was replaced.   I felt their customer service was very poor.

When I returned some plants I only had refunded the cost of the plants.  Lost the postage to me and return postage.   You may be better off keeping the plants.  But complain later if they do not thrieve.  Can you take pictures?

My experience with Dobies is good. I had quite a lot of seed from them. Some did not germinate as I reported to them. They send me new ones.....but the question was about the Easiplants....sorry, did not have those.....

Be careful about putting them in greenhouse.  I did that with my lovely new plug plants and ended up with them nice, brown and crispy.
