Following on from our excellent experience in 2011, when, after a talk by Leeds Urban Harvest we went  on to"harvest" lots of unwanted apples in the Pudsey area for juice,for , chutney and cider, tomorrow  sees the Start of our 2012 repeat performance - we hope! :)
Come and join us in the community room at Pudsey Leisure Centre where this year's adventurebegins.   r

Hi Everyone

If you want to come to the apple Harvest tomorrow, we will meet at Cafe Lux on Robin Lane at 10:30 (pic below). You will need to bring £3 to cover the cost of hiring the equipment. This will cover two glass bottles each to take away. Please also bring something to share for lunch (eg bread/cheese/salad).

If you know anyone with trees that need picking, please get in touch. The apple harvest nationally is bad this year due to the unusual weather so we don't have as much fruit to juice as last year.

We will be finished at 4.
