Pak Choi hairy leaves

Sowed some Pak Choi leaves pleasant taste but they are hairy very unpleasant sensation in the mouth.  Will they improve?  Or should I dig them in as green manure?

Haven't come across that one... What variety does the seed packet purport to contain(have been having all sorts coming out this year)?

I've been growing green Revolution, Joy Choi and Choko - no such problem.
