Paeonia causcasica is always up early, but this is such a fantastic colour with the hint of frost on it.

Beautiful colours Eric !  Only my dwarf daffs are open.  The others are not far off now.  Today, there is clearly a little more warmth in the air and I can feel spring on its way.

Time to go and purchase that soil and start sowing.
:)
Enjoy today to the full.  You are not sure of a tomorrow.

They are so lovely to see Eric.  Gorgeous colours.  Hoping this week the North East will see a breakthrough with Spring weather so we can see more colour around.  :) busy_lizzie

Beautiful colours in the sunshine! Lovely to see! We have only tete-a-tete daffs out at the moment, but the others won't be too long  :)
Thanks for sharing them  :D

Actually the Narcissus here shown are no more than 6 inches tall and the flowers about a quarter of the size of the tall ones. Could go and look at the name, but it is freezing out there!
