Is it worth planting my caulis?

I've small cauliflower plants which have sat in small pots for too long, they've now started to form heads.
Is it still worth me planting them out?

Probably not worth planting them out now since if they are forming heads now there is no time for the plants. and therefore the heads to grow further.

As you know caulis don't form secondary heads after the main one is cut.
