flea beetles

Is it just me? or there a lot more Flea beetles about this year.

And they say flea beetles don't like wet weather! ::)

The turnips and radishes are showing the distinctive "shoot leaves" damage but then they always do and still crop ok eventually.

As we know when plants are stressed they are more prone to attack from pests/disease. Another A4A contributor suggested dusting the plants with lime to deter flea beetle, though I haven't tried it myself yet.
