OK, first up are there self watering big pots for 3.99.... I've got a bunch and they get used every year and I might pick up another few.... big enough for even a courgette to only need watering twice a week

Slightly off the wall given we're an allotment site.... they're doing a portable DAB radio for 17 quid.... I've got one adn it's just spent the whole day running on rechargeable batteries adn is still going strong... so if you like listening to Test Match Special and want to do so on the plot, this plus 4x decent capacity NiMH batteries is what you need... and it's small enough to go in your coat pocket if you cycle/walk to your plot...
