Hi all, just been down to check my plot and hey, black fly infestation on my runner beans plants, dnt want to chemical spray, any effective alternatives please,

Blast with water from a spray gun. Spray with a solution of soft soap, Plant fried egg plants and esp nasturtiums. Squish between fingers if you have no spray or soft soap
