Hi everyone I tend to grow all year round as my main cauli and want to try something that will see us through the winter next year any suggestions?

I grow several varieties:

Candid charm - successional sowing will give harvest June through to early november. if left will grow to the size of footballs.

Walcheren Winter a spring cauli:

I have tried 2 christmas caulis - Belot and Drakar but both failed so I am trying this new variety which actually has a longer harvest period:

We grew Candid Charm this year and it was harvested right up to December
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Anything like last winter and you will have a job to get any to survive

Of course, but that was a bit exceptional. Let's hope its not a harbinger of another Little Ice Age!
