Gazzers Hungry as hell Lunch

yer well I often come back from a mornings plot loitering and am starving so I often stop at the butchers and get what ever he has going cheap.

Today..........

Lamb Kidneys and a small piece of Rib eye steak.

well......me dad has decided to occupy the CCU @ St Peters again overnight so I wanted to cheer meself
up with a hearty luncheon before I get to see him tonight.


I scrubbed and chopped in slices some Pink Fur apple tatters off the plot,par boil them for 8 mins patted em dry and sprinkled with
................


The salt mixture is Cypriot and has rosemary,basil,garlic,black pepper and chilli + a quick coating of
sweet paprika.


After heating some Olive Oil I fry the tatters for 10mins or untill crisp then keep warm in the oven.


as the oil takes on the flavours I then cook the kidneys steak and some bacon rashers with a few onions
finished off with one O me neighbours eggs.



Deeeelish......but dont let on to Jude or Ill get loadsa verbals.

Still its cheered me up and im off to see dad this sarvo.

and yes,its only once in a while  !!!!!!!!!!!
