Beco Cooker, Health and safety issues.

My sister in Law bought a Beco cooker this week and it was delivered without a grill handle. She rang them and told them  and would you believe that they said that they did not do grill handles anymore as it was a health and safety issue, I managed to find her one from an old grill pan that we had. I once had the experience of my grill catching fire and if I had not had the grill handle in place I do not know what I would have done. I managed to carry it outside with the handle and avoided a fire hazard. How ridiculous is this?
