Wireless connection keeps going down, computer is very slow, printer doesn't work.  Think it is time to update and take poor computer to shop.  Why do I pay all this money a month for wireless. Help.  Maybe Father Xmas will buy me a new one for Christmas.

Technically you dont pay for wireless unless you have a 3g phone type connection.  You just pay for internet access and have a wireless router that connects you to the internet by a nice physical cable. So it could be that your internet connection is going down or that your wireless router is not very happy..

Go back to basics and plug the wire that you used to use back in.
