Amazing allotments in Newcastle

I was recently in the UK visiting a relative in the Freeman Hospital and had to drive past the most lovely allotments located nearby.  I am not sure if there are any of the lottie keepers on this site but I have to say it really brightened my day to see such a lovely place in an urban environment.
