Ha! Chives! My avatar wasn't doing my garlic justice  ::)

I know what you mean about fresh garlic - we ran out of normal garlic about a month ago, and the stuff in the shops is pretty miserable to say the least!

I'm not so bothered about de-heading the elephant garlic, it's massive anyway, and my taste buds obviously aren't sophisticated enough to tell any difference.

The attraction to bees was a happy coincidence  ;D
