Possible... we have a family wedding the week after so we have to do all the pre-shopping.
Your September day clashes with our opening too..  :o

When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

oh thanks for your kind words, peeps.. i've checked the forecast and it's gonna be dry all day! ;D whoop, whoop ;D just attending the Plant Swap to see if anyone's got anything that I like. Got a couple of Gardener's Delight to swap (tho' most ppl grow that, don't they!!!)
The rest of the day will be spent preparing more beds for the beans (to be planted today), sweetcorn, courgette, and tomatoes/chilli/peppers to go out in a couple of weeks - and that's going to be a full day job!

well, re. the Plant Swap, it wasn't as good as other swaps I've been to (about 30 plants there, unlabelled!). It took us a good half hour walking all over the site trying to find it (it wasn't signed properly). The Plant Sale at Ecoworks were far more interesting (lots of interesting varieties), but I had no intention of spending a penny there! Also, the weather got a bit showery as well... ::)

Usually, if the weather's good, there's usually a good turn-out with the public, with lots of kids enjoying themselves, learning lots of nature activities, but as I was only there for the Plant Swap, I had to get back to my lotti to do a lot of digging/turning-over..
