Petit posy?

Has anyone tried them please. They trialed them on Beechgrove (roll on April ;D)
last year. They made huge plants & the florets were difficult to get off. Just wondering if they will be worth it on a 1/2 plot?

I have some but still have to harvest them. They have been delayed due to the very hard Winter here.

I trialed them last year, they are still with me but will be going in to the compost soon.

I ended up with 2 distinctive plant types - green kale ones did not do well, red ones look better but even then not good.  But as previous poster said, the winter has been hard and the whitefly plague even harder - most brassicas struggle here.  Perhaps if you have a nice enviromesh cage or your brassicas do well you can get a good crop but otherwise the things don't look particularly appetising.

What are they? with a name like petit posy I thought the post was about little bunches of flowers, but it looks like you are talking about huge cabbage tribe plants ??? ???

I think it's a cross between a sprout & kale. On the packet they look like blown sprouts but prettier.

i tried them this year but w=the winter has been hard and the little florets are only just coming on. I wont be bothering with them next year.
