Van Meuwen keep sending me details of Giant Tree Dahlias,

Almost tempted until I googled the variety names and found they are bog standard dahlia varieties that grow to around 120 cm and aren't winter hardy, how do these people get away with it?  This is a rip off worthy of Ms Raven or even T & M.
