Forgotten my A4A password

Since my computer remembers me I have not had to log in for months, does anyone know how to reset the pass word without knowing the password in the first place.  Seems I have failed to put a question and I cannot do that without the password either.

It's simple.

Try to login with what you think is your password.
When that fails, clik on the 'Forgot Password' whic will take you to
http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/smf/index.php?action=reminder

Fill in your username/email, do not click on the 'Ask me my question', just click on the send.

You will be sent an e-mail with a link where you can set a new password
