peanut sauce

Has anyone a recipe for peanut sauce that we can cook turkey or chicken in please?

Do you mean like a satay sauce? If so, I would mix veg oil (say 1/3 cup) and peanuts (1 cup) in a blender (or use peanut butter 1 cup in total), soy sauce (good 3 tbs), lime juice (1), bit of five spice powder, splash of seasame oil, couple of tsp sugar, couple of chopped cloves garlic, small bit of preseved stem ginger. Blitz all and put on chicken and grill/bbq/bake in oven). If you are using salted peanuts I would rinse them first and cut down a bit of on the soy.
