 I am looking for a low fat cheesecake recipe, does anyone have one please.

You could try this using low fat Philadelphia:-

LEMON CHEESECAKE

180g   ginger biscuits, crushed
50g   soft brown sugar
90g   butter, melted

400G   Philadelphia cheese
180g   caster sugar   
2   lemons, grated rind and juice
2    eggs, separated
1 sachet   powdered gelatine
150ml   double cream

Begin by mixing the biscuits, sugar and melted butter and then spread them over the lined base of a 9"/23cm spring form cake tin.  Chill to set.

Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites till stiff, then, in a separate bowl, whisk the cream to the soft peak stage.

Dissolve the gelatine in 4tbs of hot water or 4tbs of warmed extra lemon juice if preferred.

In a large bowl, combine the cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest plus the egg yolks and whisk thoroughly.   Add the gelatine solution and whisk well the fold in the egg whites and cream.   Pour over the biscuit base and leave to chill overnight.

Decorate as desired with strawberries, grapes, kiwis to taste.

This is delicious and a 75g slice has just 160 calories:
Base:
1/2 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
2 tbs. butter, softened.

Filling: 1 1/2 tbs. powdered gelatine(1 tbs = 20ml) dissolved in 1/3 cup water.
500g Light Philadelphia (I use Lidl Linessa 'Frishkaese-zubereitung-light')which has only 0.2% fat
1/4 cup castor sugar (I use Cologran powdered sweetener - also from Lidl)
200g Natural yoghurt
2 tbs. Lemon juice

Topping:
Fresh fruit sections
Greens Red or Orange Quick Gel prepared according to instructions on sachet.

Combine biscuit crumbs with butter, press into a 20cm spring form pan and chill.

Cream together cheese, sugar, yoghurt and lemon juice, add gelatine mixture, beat until combined and add to base. Chill.

Decorate with fresh fruit and glaze with the Quick Gel and chill for a couple of hours.

 This is a good cheese cakefor what it is, sugar free etc, nothing like the true Jewish baked cheesecake of the New York cheesecake, but it is very nice,

1 sugar free lemon jello
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces light Phylli cream cheese
Dissole jelly in boiling water add to rest of ingredient's into blender and buzz a couple times, pour into bowl and stir in 2 cups light dream whip.
artificial cream. pour into crust, chill...... qahtan.
