I have honeysuckle in a pot which did really well for it's first year, the leaves are starting to go yellow now, should I cut it right down for winter?

Also have 2 blueberries in pots and they have produced well for their first year.  They have a lot of new growth now should these be cut back or down too?

If it's the ordinary Periclymenum, don't cut it right back.....about one-third, you're aiming to establish a strong well-shaped framework.  They do have a tendency to go bare at the base though, not a good thing for pot-grown plants - also they are very prone to aphid attack so keep a watch out for that too.

Many thanks for both replies.
