Links not working on google

OH has a problem with google searches, some or all links don't work they go to ask.com ????

IE works fine but not his prefered firefox. It's getting annoying ::)

Any ideas except uninstalling/reinstalling firefox which he's already tried.

There shouldn't be any problem with Firefox. Go to the Search Engine box (top right), left click on the first part of it and choose from the drop down menu which search engine you want to use (there's eight to choose from). I think you can move Google to the top if that's your choice.
