Mutty...is there any other symptoms?....have you got any fruit on..and are those marked anyway?
What ever is causing your pear tree leaves to curl up..well..it is too late to help those now..but as the old leaves drop,,it is very important that you clear them off ground..as much as possible..
That way you minimize the possibility of 'infecting' the new growth coming spring..
If your tree is otherwise looking and growing ok..part the curling leaves..I would not worry too much...often these thing do sort them out by themselves...just little helping hand with tidying up will ofted do.. ;)

Remove affected leaves and burn.

Good news!...Pear blister mite do not have any effect for trees capablity to produce fruit...
but...unfortunately the tree will look a bit sad with infected leaves and there is not effective domestic pesticide for control of this pest.
Luckily most of the cases the tree is able to tolerate this. Only form of control is picking up the leaves and disposing them.
