you may ask what so important about one jar!
well ever year for last 6 i have been competing against a an middle aged Italian lady in the homemade home jarred tomato sauce category. i have taken 1st once and 3rd 2 times beating her 2 time either with my first place or ahead by winning 3rd.
I usually only enter   2 categories at most at fair. she enters over 100.
the prize is small but beating her is what I strive for.
At 3 pm GMT tomorrow the judge starts.
