seedling problems

hi all im after some advice ive had a bad year with my new greenhouse first my seedlings where getting to hot and dying so im goin to shade the greenhouse but now i noticed they are getting eaten by slugs i just want to know what things ppl do to stop this or should i just put slug pellets round the seedlings thanks

I use crushed eggshells  :)
