titchy writing on my message page

The writing seems to have shrunk alarmingly on my message page and I can hardly see it now.  I have fiddled with everything to make it larger but to no avail.  Please help!!!

Have you tried pressing down the CTRL button and moving the wheel on you mouse forward

I periodically bump the corner of my laptop as I have it on my knees and touch something that does that. At the bottom right of my screen is a % sign, it currently reads 100%, If I click on it it changes the size, took me ages to find it..have a look XX Jeannine
