Need recipe for Strawberry sorbet

Google will give you any number of recipes.  Just type in "strawberry sorbet+recipe" and choose the one you fancy.  There's one from Jamie Oliver and one on the BBC food site plus countless others.

I just puree them (about a pound or 500 grams) , sieve if you do not like the seeds, sweeten to taste, a couple of ounces of icing sugar does it for me and freeze for an hour or so  (depends on your freezer).

Whip two egg whites til they are like peaks, stir in the puree, which should be a semi frozen slush by then and return to the freezer.

You can add a dash of pepper or a drop of balsamic vinegar to the strawberries if you like and if you are very adventurous why not add a little chilli, for the hot and cold effect?

could also add some white rum and then you'd be making strawberry daiquiri sorbet - adults only  ;D
