Shallots - can I sow seeds/ plant bulbs now?

I have a packet of shallot seeds and some saved bulbs from last year's crop.

Will I get a decent crop if i sow/plant them now?

Your saved bulbs will still do fine...if you sow your seeds now they might not make very big bulbs anymore...but even if they don't, you can use them next year as your starters.. ;)
