Pond Orgy!

There must have been 20 frogs going at it in the pond yesterday and it is now covered in spawn.

Here's a pretty threesome!

They all arrived in our home pond last night.

Fished up a newt in the allotment pond too, and put him back safely.

Even more spawn this morning - I always feel Spring has arrived when I see frogs mating and spawn in the pond...

Ours have only just started to spawn. They are later this year than last. If you get out of bed during the night you can hear the blooming things croaking.
