PSB?

Can anybody advise me on how/when to harvest PSB. I have some plants that have sprung into life, but have never grown them before and don't know when they're ready.

They`ll be ready for harvest when you see the purple spikes appearing , I have been picking mine now for three weeks. The look like mini broccoli  with a  main flower spike and some side shouts, once you start harvesting make sure that you pick regulary as the last thing to do is to let the plant flowers open. I cut the shouts when they are about 3"- 4" long
