i have a glut of white and purple sprouting is there any way of freezing it???

Hi,

Try and Blanche it then quick dip in cold water. Then straight into the freezer.
We have done this and it seems to work.

Got them back now to put some tread on them

I too planted loads. One white SB survived ;). Hope to pick some this week.
