Dawn - as your husband is the legitimate plot holder - has he actually been banned or is it just you?  In theory if you are not a plot holder then they possibly are within their rights although I accept that the Secretary should not have been involved in the meeting banning you. 

Is the secretary a plot holder or a wife/husband of a plot holder?
