Slightly amusing email!

Locally we have a thing called 'Ecops' which if you sign up gets you access by email to the local police and they send you info on crime and if you have any info you send it to them. This weeks instalment contained the following:

"Unknown persons have stolen scrap metal from a skip
and have also taken the skip."
