  This year i cooked the turkey the  " Phil Vickery" way it was amazing the best turkey we have ever had.
I never told the family & without question they all said what a lovely Turkey.
So that will be the way to cook it from now on. ;D ;D ;D

I did not use any alcohol, for mine just water.  I made my own stuffing also.
As i said the Turkey was amazing.
