was going to ask about this, but I see it's happened to JTW, whose had his youtubes cut off  :o

has anyone been cut off for going over their BB allocation, or had a snotty email, or found their download speed is really slow because they've been limited?

I'm on an unlimited tariff, but I bet there's a "fair use" clause in the contract if I bothered to read it
