You should try working on public transport 98% of the kids i see are rude ignorant no mannerd foul mouthed little brats who have no respect for anything or any body, the other 2% are still in nappies. :(

I've found over the years that it is far better to talk sensibly to those who are being a pain in the backside & explain how they are are upsetting other people, you won't necessarily get an instant good response (more likey Yeah! Yeah! or worse) but they do go away & think about what has been said to them. Can't remember the politition who said "Hug a Hoodie" but he was on the right lines. Most of them are anti-social because they perceive themselves to be unloved.

I will try your approach next time one of your unloved throws a brick at the windscreen of the tram I'm driving,putting my live and the lives of the hundred or so passages at risk.
