Storing Mayan Potato Seed

I see that the new varieties of Mayan Potatoes have a very short dormancy before sprouting. Does anybody know what sort of temperature storage would stop them sprouting until March planting period?

I thought it was 4c, fridge temp... but don't quote me on that...  :-\
