Very nice.......... ;D are the white ones tasty? I've never tried growing those before ... :-\
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

GrannieAnnie

Nice mixture! And out of all those, which are the best tasting to you?
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.

Saddad what are the Black Mavr like, for the last 2 years I've tried to grow black toms (black prince etc) but found they are not very prolific and hardly worth growing. I'd like to grow a good one as they look so good on a salad.

saddad

Hi...
Taste is a subjective thing... I like toms with thin skins so I don't have to bite into a "pool" ball... they all taste good to me. The white ones are popular with friends who don't like toms.. Stevens I find Black Cherry the most prolific...

Sholls

Saddad, every time you post tomato pics my list of 'toms to try' gets longer.  :D Do I remember you saying that Charlie Green is happy outside?

Stevens706

Thanks for that Saddad, I have just ordered some black cherry - I'll give black toms just one more chance

saddad

I've not grown Charlie outside sholls,
If you'd pm'd me I could have sent you some black cherry for free..  :-[

Biscombe

Are those from the stripped stuffer seeds that I sent to people? I love these, great tomatoes!

I've not grown Charlie outside sholls,

I'm probably imagining things.  ;D

saddad

Almost certainly Biscombe... I probably got them off DebP...  :)

Deb P

Yep, they were originally from Biscombe, they were the seeds I saved from my subsequent crop last year......good tomatoes! ;D

Saddad - is potato leaf white the type of tomato or its name?
Never seen any like that before.

I've grown Brandywine this year as well as my normal cherry and standard type ones and I'm feeling flushed with success. Not even sure if they're a good one to grow but just so shocked that I've grown something as big as that and that taste pretty good.
