Fresh Eryngium & Helleborus argutifolus & Euphorbia seed / semi ripe cuttings

I wonder if anyone out there could tell me where I can get fresh seed or semi ripe cuttings (? time of year) for the following:

Euphorbia Cyparissias; Euphorbia Griffithii; Euphorbia Dixter and Euphorbias Palustus and Helleborus Argutifolus syn H Corsicus..

Maybe we could swap seed veg or flowers... Let me know

I've got argutifolius but it hasn't flowered yet. Try http://www.phedar.com/catalog/ . They may have sold out but I don't know anywhere else that does it, unless someone here can offer some.
